The minister refuses to take any action, choosing to cover up the incident instead. Frustrated with the lack of progress, the three men decide to sue the Health Department.

The movie takes a dark turn as the department uses fake evidence, including faked documents showing that they willingly underwent the operation and asked for their photos to be published. Despite their best efforts, the trio fails to win their case.
